Meet Dr. Bays

Dr. Bays completed his undergraduate degree at Southwest Missouri State University. He received his dental degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. He then completed a six year combined M.D./oral and maxillofacial surgery residency at the University of Missouri-Kansas City/Truman Medical Center in Kansas City, MO.

Dr. Bays is a diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He is a fellow of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He is a diplomate of the National Dental Board of Anesthesiology.  He is a member of the Minnesota Society of OMS, the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology, the American Dental Association, the Minnesota Dental Association and the Minnesota Medical Association. He is on active medical staff at Rice Memorial Hospital in Willmar, MN.

Dr. Bays is committed to providing excellent surgical care and practices a full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery. He has a special interest in dental implants, anesthesia, and facial cosmetic and reconstructive jaw surgery.
